At Nirvana Behavioral Health Services, we accept most major insurance plans, allowing many clients to pay as little as $0–$60 per appointment with their co-pay. We also offer self-pay options for those out- of-network or without insurance. Self-pay rate for initial assessment is $240 and follow-up is $120. For self-pay, full payment is due on the day of the appointment.
